How the bill is figured out for your pets stay.
This is a pet hotel/resort and is run very similar to its human counterparts. When you book with us you pay for the day that you are arriving, no matter what time you get here. This ensures your spot and holds your pets kennel. Just like a human hotel, if you check out before 10:30 on the day you leave, then there is no charge for that day. But if your pet is picked up after 10:30, you will be charged an additional day because your dog will require a place to stay.
***Due to our rising popularity amongst pet owners, our limited space, and the high number of no shows/last second cancellations, your pets stay will require a none refundable deposit of 50 dollars per dog, per stay**
